Terms & Conditions

You authorize Mt. Boucherie Estate Winery to charge your credit card the prescribed Club selection price automatically for each shipment.

All sales of wine are processed in BC therefore BC taxes and bottle deposit will be applied.

All club members must be 19 years of age or older.

Mt. Boucherie Wine Club selections are carefully selected by our Winemaker and our Estate Sommelier. Substitutions are not available. You may change your membership type a minimum of 15 days prior to the next club shipment by emailing

All shipments must be within Canada. As shipments must be signed for by someone over the age of 19. We encourage Wine Club members to use a daytime address; your business or alternate address.

Members must receive a minimum of two shipments, after which any cancellations are to be emailed to Cancellation of membership must be received and confirmed by the Estate Sommelier 15 days prior to the next scheduled shipment.

We ask that any changes to your account such as address changes, vacation alerts, credit card information, etc. be forwarded to the Mt. Boucherie Wine Club Estate Sommelier a minimum of 15 days before your next shipment.
