A rich full-bodied Chardonnay with aromas and flavours of pineapple, mango and yellow apple all backed by vibrant citrus infused acidity. Barrel fermentation and ageing lend light notes of vanilla, allspice, and caramel. Rich shellfish dishes are the perfect match.
